HOW TO PAY FOR PAINTING AND SCULPTURE PURCHASES
Payment is made in the national currency – Moldavian lei. Payment in US dollars and euros is also possible according to the prices listed on the website. If you wish to pay for your purchase in another currency, the artwork price will be converted to the required currency at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Moldova.
ArtHubGallery accepts the following payment methods:
Cash payment upon receipt by courier

When the artwork is delivered by courier within the city of Chisinau, payment is made in cash after inspecting the order. If the delivery is made by "Nova Poshta" within Moldova, the order can be paid for upon receipt with a cash-on-delivery option with an additional commission for sending money.

Online card payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay cards for payment on the website. To pay in the shopping cart, select "Online Card" and then confirm the order. The Stripe payment platform commission is 3% and is paid by the buyer.
For Moldovian buyers, it is possible to make a transfer to a PrivatBank card.

Delivery in Chișinău and throughout Moldova
ArtHub Gallery delivers paintings and sculptures in Chișinău, in Moldova, and worldwide. Delivery is not included in the price of the artwork and is calculated individually based on your location. You can check all delivery rates and terms below.
We send orders with verified and reliable delivery services, with which we have been collaborating for years and for which you will not pay extra fees. We ensure that all our customers receive their ordered artworks intact and undamaged, so we carefully package all orders. The ordered painting or sculpture will be delivered to your city or country as quickly as possible.

Delivery throughout Moldova is carried out according to the tariffs of courier companies. We offer the most reliable courier services for deliveries throughout Moldova: "Nova Poshta" and "Poșta Moldovei".
International Delivery
International delivery is carried out after receiving payment for the ordered artworks. To send paintings and sculptures from Moldova, an export permit is required, which we obtain within one to two working days.
To avoid problems and errors during order shipment, please provide all your details correctly: name, surname, postal code, delivery address, phone number, and correct email address. After shipping the order, we will send you a tracking code, with which you can track the parcel online on the logistics company's or postal service's website in your country.
In some cases, collectors may need to pay local taxes and customs duties for the artwork they receive from Moldova.
The delivery cost depends on the country of delivery and ranges from 1000 to 3000 Moldovan lei.
